I provide professional, caring, confidential support for individuals and couples, in a warm, comfortable safe environment. I support my clients as they work through the negative feelings and emotions relating to the relevant issues they are experiencing. I am a person-centred counsellor, however I do not consider myself to be pure person-centred as I use techniques and skills acquired from my additional training. I named my business Before & After as I feel my greatest reward is seeing the difference in my clients from when they arrive for their initial session (Before) therapy begins, and when they leave their last session (After) therapy has ended.

I am also a qualified hypnotherapist & psychotherapist, a Theta Healing Practitioner, and an EFT Advanced Practitioner. I cover a wide range of issues, details of which can be found on the Areas of Counselling page on this site.

Member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy.

The Association is made up of a number of different membership categories, e.g. Associate Member, Member (MBACP), Accredited Member (MBACP Accred), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Accredited Members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure.
